• Production partner search and bidding for both video & still photography

• Competitive bidding & negotiation based on scope & budget

• Oversee all production prep including casting, location reviews, tech scout, pre-production meetings

• On set production supervision 

• Post production supervision - offline edit, VFX/animation, finishing, and archive

• Music search and licensing for stock music 

• Oversight of original music composition and licensing

• Union & non-union talent / general business affairs consultation

• Familiarity with producing experiential and emerging technology projects

• Work closely with creative and account management

• Clear and concise communication style

• Manage production department - develop internal operations, workflow and documentation
